Have any of you tried a game repair yet ?

For EA app

Close the game
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the game in your library
Choose Repair game

For Steam:

Close the game
Right Click on the game in your library
Choose Properties
Choose tab Installed Files
Press Verify Integrity of Game Files

  @justinb113 They are not silly answers. They are standard troubleshooting steps.
  
  This sounds like some kind of corrupted installation, so you need to repair your game.

@crinrict Hi Crin,
Thank you for your response, I have tried this a few times. Notably, when I first noticed a problem and after a game patch that I hoped might resolve the issue but the pack remains broken.
