the sims 4 royalty and legacy installed but not in-game

Hi, The sims 4 royalty and legacy installed but not showing i game. EA app says installed. Can you fix this, please. Majda

    Hey Salamandr​, 

    Thanks for the update!

    If the pack appears deactivated, please click 'Pack Selection,' select the deactivated pack, then click 'Confirm.'

Hey Salamandr​, 

Is your pack showing as deactivated under Marketplace > My Collections? If so, you'll need to select the pack and activate it. The most recent patch addressed this issue, if you haven't updated your base game already. 

If your game is up to date and the pack isn't showing in My Collections, please clear the EA App's cache, repair the game, and restart your device. Let us know if the pack appears then, thanks!
