The white sceen
When I start my game I get the white screened before anything happens, then it continues while the lode and main screen music plays, and the sims courser shows up, but that’s all it dose. Any help would be nice

DxDiag files should work. Did you save it as a text file ?
You can also upload it to a third party site and link instead.
When I try to add the file, it tells me that the file is not allowed.
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your postHi, i play on PC and have no mods currently installed, ive also tryed restarting the app but it has done mostly nothing other than one time it kept me from the white screen for an hour before the game crashed, but has done nothing for me since then.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
