Make sure that your romance level is high enough with the sim. It helps to be in a flirty mood.
I have the romance level maxed and I'm looking in romance/affection. But the option isn't there at all. It's not my mods I believe it is an EA problem. I'm seeing how many people have this problem so we could get a fix hopefully
Despite what you think, it's almost certainly your mods whenever you are missing a standard menu option, especially when nobody else seems to be affected. The other possibility is that it's being caused by a pack that I don't have, but there would probably be a lot more people complaining if that was the case.
Hopefully, somebody else can tell you something more useful. I'm afraid I've reached the limit of my knowledge.
