There is no option to give a romantic gift in the sims 4

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I can give a friendly gift from the friendly social interaction but I don't see an option to give a romantic gift anywhere I looked in every socia...

I have the romance level maxed and I'm looking in romance/affection. But the option isn't there at all. It's not my mods I believe it is an EA problem. I'm seeing how many people have this problem so we could get a fix hopefully
