Time progressing in unplayed household (auto-age?)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Snowy Escape, Get Famous, Get to Work, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Vampires, Dine Out, Luxury Party, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Fitness, Vintage Glamour, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio, various other CC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have more than one household in the same game, switch between them.
What happens when the bug occurs? In game options, the auto-age option is set to "no". Un-played household pregnancy progressed
What do you expect to see? Un-played household resumes same pregnancy trimester).
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

The two households are in different neighborhoods. I think this may have to do with the Seasons game pack as when I switch households it keeps the same day/season on the calendar, and TBH I've never noticed if that's supposed to be true or not.
