Today is July 28th, why can't I download my pre-ordered: The Sims 4 High School Years?

    Hey @warmandcozy744,

    The Sims 4 High School Years is releasing today at 18:00 BST according to Origin, so it's unfortunately still a few hours away. I have a little timer set for myself, I'm very excited.

same thing for me super upset and EA is no help so far, pre ordered it and it says I need to buy it but if I turn my wifi off and on the download button appears but it doesn't work?! please help! I didn't spend 40 dollars for nothing.

yeah same I pre-ordered it and the game says I own the pack and that I have to download it but I checked origin and steam (where I got all my other packs) but its says i don't own it and have to buy it again, i asked EA but they didn't help they just sent me here
