Toddler CAS Missing

All my CAS for toddlers is gone and only base game content is there. I'm not having this issue with my adult sims, as I can see all hair/clothes from the packs I own, but I can only see base game con...

    OK for some reason I found out that the issue is only with one toddler in particular. If I add another toddler to my family, I can see all the content from my packs. I'm not sure why the issue is with one particular sim, but I'm just going to delete the toddler with the issue and recreate him I guess T-T

@crinrict I've already moved my mods folder to my desktop and then repaired my game, but there is no localthumbcache in my Sims 4 folder. Issue's still there.

    Expansion packs: cottage living, discover university, island living, seasons, cats & dogs, city living
    Stuff packs: paranormal, my first pet, backyard, romantic garden
    Kits: urban homage, desert luxe
