toddlers can't eat

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Latest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a toddler be hungry cook food feed a toddler.
What happens when the bug occurs? Toddlers always get interrupted and won't eat it out the food away and won't eat.
What do you expect to see? For toddlers to be interrupted and eat. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I don't know

Toddlers are getting interrupted and not eating either by player choice or anonymously the bubble is interrupted and toddlers won't eat.

  • @Briana2526 by what are they interrupted ? Does the interaction just fall from the queue or do the parents want to care for the toddler ?
  • If you're using highchairs, I would try letting the Toddlers feed themselves instead. Put the highchairs in Household Inventory, then just put a group meal on a counter, table, or even the floor so the Toddlers can grab a plate.

    This bug is with the toddlers eating by themselves the bubble gets cancelled Everytime another sim wants to talk to the toddler the highchair is buggy that's why I let toddlers eat by themselves now this is buggy.

    @crinrict The action from the que it's with anyone talking to the toddler kids, mom, dad the toddler will stop eating put the plate full of food on a table and talk to the others even when all the other needs are high.

    Why would I have to toggle autonomy off for it to work? That says it's a bug right there if I have to switch how my Sims work.

    @Briana2526 It's to check if autonomy causes the Sims to do it or if there's something else going on. Like does something interrupt the process.

    I'm not saying it's not a bug. Toddlers and infants have so many issues. I'm trying to figure out what causes the issue for you.
