Lovestruck gave us the couples stargazing on every lot that is not one of the residential venues. And along with it, those couples will show up in the temple. I don't think this was intended behavior and is an oversight because it should not happen. The main bug report is here:

FYI: Since you are a mod user, Bienchen does have a fix mod that stops the couples from showing up in the temple that you can use until the devs fix the issue. I use it and it works.
