Transgender feature??? maybe??

How come you guys haven't released anything for transgender simmers? I'm ftm and i think it would be amazing if you could go into cas and have an option to select gender identity and sexuality i know there's mods but I'm talking about like actual coding to make it trigger certain aspects like for instants if i were to select my sim as a trans man it would trigger a coming out option and a gender therapy and hormone therapy options and randomly your sims mood would be affect by gender dysphoria and euphoria. and after selecting the options to medically transition there'd be a invisible slider that would be activated once started on hormones it would slide between Male and female as you go through your transition.

    Great suggestions. However I'm not sure that it could be done with the current game engine. Maybe something to hope for in Sims 5 (if there ever is one).

    You can't have random dysphoria moodlets, but you could use customizable gender options and cas.fulleditmode to transition your Sim yourself.  For example, you could start with a feminine framed Sim, change their identity and clothing preference to masculine, and after a time change their frame to masculine and, finally, their reproductive options. 

    Unfortunately, yeah, there's "masculine frame" and "feminine frame," but you could maybe bulk up the muscles on the feminine frame and, since you're in cas.fulleditmode anyway, when you switch to a masculine frame have less muscle at first and build up over time. 

    They do also have pride flags in the base game, including trans pride, so while you can't come out as a base game interaction you can fly the pride flag. 

    I hope that helps!  I do agree that would be an awesome feature and, short of that, perhaps some additional options beyond the binary of 'masculine/feminine" in body shapes?

    I like having my kids grow up and transition, just using the CAS gender options over time, it's fun and I love them every time.
