My nannies always stayed longer than expected, the Sim almost live in my house too. But I'm not mad about it, because it cost me nothing. She is free to go anytime. They do even come back when I've played a different family for a while. They get the finest food, can use everything, they could also sleep in a well decorated guestroom. They got gifts on winterfest and a nice financial bonus. The first nanny in my game was married to Brittany Cho thanks to mccc. It could have been worst for him. To be frankly, I find it very convenient.
