I apologise that it's been a while, as I was getting my laptop fixed. I attempted a new save and placed my sim in Willow Creek. My game refused to load or close again after that. I'm not sure if that means that only that lot is corrupted or there's some kind of deeper issue, if it's also affecting my other saves.
Was it also a new Sim ? Issues like this can be caused by corrupted Sims as well as corrupted lots.
