I am on the last part of the painter aspiration and I have been unable to produce a masterpiece for a few weeks now. They used to be quite often - at least a few times a day (IRL) but it has dropped off significantly, why? Also when paintings even at max painting level they are only fetching a couple hundred simoleans which is a lot less than they used to be. Can anyone explain this please. I have no mods or cc's and my game is up to date.

Hi. Were you able to resolve this? My Sim is having the same issue. She's level 10 for painting and level 10 in the artist career. She's made many masterpieces that have sold for thousands but since getting to this part of the Painter Extraordinare, she has only produced 4 masterpieces and they've only sold for a few hundred. She hasn't been able to get that last masterpiece for weeks
What is inspiring decor
Make sure that your painter is inspired. It is easier to get a masterpiece at medium and small sizes. Place some inspiring decor close to your easel.
