Unable to start a new game

Today I tried to start a new game to check if it has the bug on the photos. I maked my sim but when i wanted to click to valid my family, nothing happen. I play on PC with NO CC and NO MODS

Thank you so much, it worked! The antivirus was indeed blocking the game launcher.😄
