Unable to take vacations/visit destination worlds

I can no longer travel to my destination worlds. I have the Jungle Adventure pack and have been able to go to the world's previously, but now I cannot visit them when i select take a vacation it says...
cc or mods removed
crashing

It still occured even trying a new game/creating a new sim. I ended up completely uninstalling the EA app, having all my data removed, but it did resolve the problem, just starting from scratch now.

If this issue ever comes up again, any suggestions?

bit hard to tell as there are many reasons why this could have happened. Did you delete your data or do you still have the saves ? Maybe there was still some mod residue in your game.
