This issue should no longer be occurring as we released a fix to the Gallery servers earlier today.
Can you confirm if you still run into this now?
@KeeUchihaUzumaki Hello! I just tried this on my PS4 and saw the same; my profile view showed blank tiles in the showcase. I went to View Catalog (it took a minute to load), then went back to profile and it was fine (see below for details). Could you please try that if you haven't already? Please come back and let us know if this worked or not.
This is an image from when I first launched the game on PS4 (apologies for the quality), opened the Gallery and went to my profile. I exited the game, then relaunched and it happened again. I don't know what might cause it.
Here's where I went to View Catalog.
Then I went back to View Profile.
Thanks for replying. I'm still having the same problem. I also launched it on my PS5 and its doing the same thing but the good news is, I am able to view my catalog now.
@KeeUchihaUzumaki I'm glad you're able to view your catalog. And at least you know you're not alone. :-) Maybe you'll get to see your showcase as well if you switch between profile and catalog a few times? I do wish this wasn't an issue though!
@KeeUchihaUzumakiI sometimes find I just have days like this where it's acting really strangely. The next day it will be fine. I have the llama pictures one day and then I'll have other days where everyone's Gallery IDs have been replaced by infinite number strings, including my own. I had one day where it told me my catalogue was empty and another where all images were identical! Search has been broken for me for as long as I can remember and sometimes I can only see Xbox builds whereas other days I can see all platforms.
I just tell myself it's a work in progress and I'm sure it will improve!
Edit: still happening today but I can still use my catalogue. It's just the Showcase affected and it's each time I open it.
