uninstall stuff pack

i downloaded the "my first pet stuff" stuff pack back when it was free but i don't have the actual "cats and dogs" pack installed, this has caused my game to glitch, i already restarted everything: made a backup file and restarted the whole thing but i can't find where the stuff pack is to uninstall, could anyone please help me? thank you!!

    @hkdrider You can disable the pack by adding the following to the Advanced launch options.

    -disablepacks:SP14

    When the game loads it will be as if you don't have the pack.

    @hkdrider  You don’t actually need cats and dogs to have my first pet stuff installed, it’s just that most of the content (pet outfits, toys, and beds) won’t be usable without it.

    When you say your game is glitching, what exactly are you seeing?

    i do need it lmfao because when i start the game it says that that pack is required and that i have to restart, also when it does let me to play and i start playing a household it would randomly exit to the main menu

    @hkdrider Can you get a screenshot of the error message? What you should be getting is just a warning that not all the pack content can be accessed without Cats & Dogs, not an error saying the pack is required or that you need to restart. And it certainly shouldn't be kicking you back to the main menu.

    @hkdrider to uninstall a pack, you need to re-install the game, and make sure to click off the packs you do not want installed. I been doing that every install since i wanted to uninstall Cats and dogs and get famous. I install without these packs, the packs remain available to download. But i leave em and its fine !

    if i reinstall won't it just delete all my households and saves?
