[UNSURE] Giving Residence key option locked behind a random pack (‘Get famous’)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Get Famous
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don’t use ‘Get Famous’ pack
What happens when the bug occurs? N/A
What do you expect to see? The “give residence key” available for close / best friends without the pack?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? N/A

Hi all,

Recently I’ve discovered for definite that the option to give a close friend a residence key is only available when you’ve purchased and use the ‘Get Famous’ pack, but should it not be base game? They don’t have anything in common.

Will close friends automatically lose their residence key as the friendship bar auto deteriorates? If so, how can that be prevented because it makes the feature arduous to maintain.
