Uploading to My Library Ques.

I am looking for information about uploading Households to My Library.  
Knowing how something is intended to work is half of troubleshooting.
It is a fairly simple action.  I go to CAS, click the File button and upload.

Yesterday I uploaded 3 households to My Library.  
After upload, I get a pop up that it's been added after each.
But, when I go back to My Library I only see 1 of the 3 households.  

That's never happened before.
Don't know if it's a known bug.
Could there be a problem with the household?
Anyone else having the same problem?

    First, there’s a difference between saving to your library (which is private and kept locally on your computer) and uploading to the gallery (which is online and available for others to download). Are you uploading (cloud icon on the left, arrow points up) or saving to the library (more boxy icon on the right, arrow points down)?

    Next, do you use any mods or cc? Whether looking at your library or the gallery, you’ll notice in the filters under “Advanced” a checkbox for “Include Custom Content” that is off by default. If you check this box, do your missing households appear?

    Finally, also in the filters on the left, make sure you are sorting by “Newest” and not “Most popular.”
