Wants and fears feels like a downgrade from whims

I am not sure if anyone else shares this opinion but the new want and fears system feel like an utter downgrade to me. I only get two at a time now (I assume the 3rd one is supposed to be a fear?) an...

Agreed. The fact that they're all only for the new pack or base game leaves them unusable.

Seems when I turn off Wants and Fears, Whims come back.. wtf? Either that, or turning it off doesn't work for long.. I turned off Wants and Fears, and it appeared to go poof.. But then a few minutes later it was back on... grrrrr...... Personally, I don't want either one. But please EA, if you're going to put an option in the game make sure it actually works before you do.
