I tried this and it actually worked! I deleted the file and restarted the same save and it really did restart week 3's tasks. Hope this helps for anyone having the same problem. schurch2050
I have the same exact problem. My sim is a spellcaster and I used the repair spell to instantly fix the computer. No way to recover from this one small mistake. I even tried loading into another save to see if I could redo the steps but it doesn't work. EA either needs to patch this or a lot of people will have the same happen, unable to complete the event.
This is the response I got when going through technical support about the possibility of restarting the event. I don't think there's currently any work around to this. Will continue to update if I can figure it out
