weekly rewards missing

all of my weekly rewards disappeared after refreshing the game 😭
 
I refreshed the game bc it was broken; after changing a lot type of Hanford on Bagley 64*64, Hanford map turned straight white-blank, and it is unable to play.
 
I've done what I could, deleting the rent pack(well it worked. but I want to play the lot as residential...), bringing the old save and changing the lot type, etc. 
 
Eventually, I thought, refreshing the game might help. Well, it didn't. 
 
Refreshing the game still didn't solve the broken lot and take the weekly rewards. 🫠🫠 At least I want them back.
