Welcome Wagon Let in but not acknowledged by the game...bug?

Hey all!

So I started a new game and invited in the welcome wagon. But, after the time was up, the usual "Oh well, maybe next time" that you would get if you don't greet them showed up and I got negative relationships...but they were let in, greeted and even had conversations. I moved my sim later and the same thing happened. The negative relationship even replaced the positive one they had built to the same level! the lady already halfway hates my sim now, instead of the other way around. Anyone else having this problem?
