Usually hybrids are not allowed. There have been some issues but I haven't seen any reports in a while.
Since you were using mods at the time, it's a bit hard to tell what the cause was.
Best you can do is to use cheats to remove one of the occults.
I removed vampire trait and it worked. Thx, that's how it looked before btw (sorry for phone photos)
