What are you not able to do in offline mode that is available online?

I have searched Sims forum and Google and cannot find what I am looking for. I do not have unlimited data and often have no internet. So I am just wondering what I can't do offline that I can do online.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

gameplay issue

    Hi @ezg69 

    I moved this to the Sims 4 forum for now although I'm unsure if this is about the Sims 4 or another Sims game.

    For Sims 4: You can't use the gallery if you're not online. Everything else is the same.

    For Sims 3: If you have showtime, you won't be able to use the SimPort feature. Also the exchange is online.
