When are they going to fix the fake Pregnancy ?

My sim arrived to the hospital expecting a baby but of course there is no baby to be found.

    Lol... One of the doctor's tasks is to deliver a baby, isn't it? Well, since there is NO story progression in the game without mods, and sims don't HAVE babies on their own, how are you supposed to finish that task without fake babies?

    @PsychotpsIn the sims 3 they had babies own their own and even got married, I'm not understanding why are sims 4 having fake babies and also in the sims 3 they could send their alien baby to go stay with their alien parent.

    Also something similar to The Sims 2 "Surgical Training Station" can also help with story progression for the sims 4
