I was just wondering, I read about how it won't charge you, after your free trial it will just make it so you can't play on it until you buy it, on Mac but I was wondering if it would for Dell?.
Does that mean it won't charge you after your trial ends? Does that mean that if you exit the game will the time still be going?
Wait well then why does it say I have a trial? I think my laptop is a dell, not a mac.

@AquaGirl132 If you're talking about the Sims 4 CAS demo, then no, you won't get charged any money at any point. You'd need to explicitly buy the game.
