WHY are these showing like this all of a sudden???

Try having your sim travel to another lot and back, then seeing if the issue remains. Also switching to another household,then back to the original household may help.
If you still have issues, come out of the game fully. Then reload the game again and see if the issue remains.
If you still have issues and you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

Please repair your game. This is usually an incomplete installation.
