Why can't players from certain countries change their game language?

I mean we can change our game language, but Czech, Russian and Polish are the only languages we can choose from. Some time ago I heard that it's all about the price of the game and packs, but recen...

You could download the free version of the basegame, maybe that will change it to English.

@Gagea25 The thing is, for me it's not a bug that switched my game language. I am from Poland and my game should be that way. I'm just looking for an answer why (and if I can change it, but I doubt it)
