After installing Lovestruck, I noticed that the Wild Prairie Grass Lot Challenge was not spawning grass. Prior to this it was working fine.
So, I just tried the prairie grass for the first time since I installed the Life and Death Expansion, and it is now working as expected.

@SpectreRowan Do you already have wild grass on the lot ? I think there's a cap.
Does it also not work on a new lot ?
It has occured on new and established lots. It has happened in Willow Creek and other neighborhoods as well. In the past up to 10 Prairie Grass have spawned, but now I have to manually place it in buy mode.
No. I tried that. I even tried not harvesting any prairie grass for the first week and it still doesn't spawn. I tried it in Willow Creek, also and it didn't spawn even after I set the lot challenge.
I have tried in new saves, different neighborhoods, different lots, and different worlds. In Chestnut Ridge, I waited up to a week before harvesting any prairie grass, after finding this issue. The prairie grass still did not spawn on the lot with the wild prairie grass challenge. I have even tried on a different computer.
No mods. Just EA updates and expansions.
So, I just tried the prairie grass for the first time since I installed the Life and Death Expansion, and it is now working as expected.
