This is far from a gaming laptop. Only 128GB harddisk, only supports DDR3 RAM and only integrated graphics. However it will likely be able to run the Sims 4 at low to medium settings.
Look for specs like these:
High end
CPU = Intel I5/I7 generation 7 or better AMD Ryzen 8 or better
RAM = 8GB DDR4 or more
HDD = 250GB SSD with secondary HDD for storage.
Graphics = Geforce 1060 6GB or equivalent AMD card
Budget
CPU = Intel I5/I7 generation 5 or better I3 generation 8 AMD Ryzen 5 or better
RAM = 8GB DDR4
HDD = 1TB Hybrid drive
Graphics = Geforce 1050 or Geforce 1060 3GB or equivalent AMD card
If you find one you like and want an opinion feel free to post a link.
Ok thanks!
Theres this one too, i know its not DDR4 but it has a much bigger harddrive memory?
Im on a very low income so im limited in choice!

Well at least it has sufficient hard drive space. Graphics are not mentioned so likely builtin and thus won't perform much better than the other.in this regard. The screenshots are somewhat limited in their information. It is much better to post a link so I can look at all available info.

Number 1 and 3 are below minimum requirements. Number 2 with the upgrade to 8GB RAM will work with low to medium graphics settings.
This one can be recommended as it has a dedicated graphics chip. https://www.cablesandleads.co.uk/Dell-XPS-L501X
