Xbox one sims 4 one character won’t obey commands

I have a family of 3 and 2/3 are fine but the other one sim won’t do anything he sits on the computer and won’t get off it, EVERYTIme I command him to do anything else he says things are in his way even tho there isn’t. How do I fix this ?

@ShayeLS8 Go into build mode, move the piece of furniture the stuck sim is sitting on. This will reset the sim. You can also travel to another world using another household sim, bringing the stuck sim along with you.
