A little more creative freedom

I've played the sims since the first installment. It is one of my favorite franchises of all time.

The best part of it is all the wonderful mods the community has created. The Sims 1 seems to be the only one that gives the most freedom in modding, which is why I am bringing this topic up.

You see, modding the sims with the stuff available is cool and all, but what about giving us a lot more creative freedom for the game? I'll list some examples.

-Sims: Create a sim has always been the greatest feature that each installment has. It allows you to create sims that you want. There are so many things to choose from and so many combinations. We should also have the ability to not just add to the fashion selections, but to the characteristics, too.

One example would be voice types. Modded voice types would expand the horizon on Create-A-Sim and open up a world of possibilities. One such would be to add a demonic voice for a demon sim, or perhaps a cartoonish voice for fun. Another thing I should include is the ability to add fantasy body types. You could have a midget body type for all those fans of J. R. R. Tolkien or D&D to make dwarves. Perhaps an anthropomorphic animal body for the furry community. Maybe you'd like to have a skeleton sim. Walk animations would also contribute. Some sims might have patricle effects, which would also be sweet. Think of all the occults that could be made.

-Pets: Pets are also a fantastic thing to customize. Don't get me wrong. Cats, dogs and horses are cool, but what if you wanted more. Would you like owning a majestic tiger? Perhaps riding around on an elephant? These are the things that would be possible with more creative freedom.

-Objects: This would probably be the most focused-on thing. The Create-A-Style tool was a genius idea and it really expanded creativity. That being said, it could have had more potential. Take swimming pools for example. Changing pool water textures was introduced in the sims 4 and it really changed things for the better. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for bathtub, sinks, toilets, showers, etc. So if we were given more freedom, We could switch the colors of the water (In a way similar to instantly changing fire color in the sims 3). One would let vampires bath in a tub of blood, which I think would be cool.

-Lots: The sims 3 let us create our own neighborhoods with different lot sizes. The maximum you could use was 64x64, but what if players wanted to expand on that? They could create a great big fairground with tons of rides and attractions. Perhaps they would want to create a giant temple for Aztec sims. This kind of freedom would allow them to do just that.

-Worlds: China, Egypt and France were sights to behold. They had their own weather, cultures and overhead view music. Who knows what vacation spots fans would create? They might re-create Moscow, Russia or Berlin, Germany.

Creative freedom is what made The Sims 3 the best installment by far. These are some of the things I've listed that would be possible with even more freedom. I believe the franchise should be more open on creativity.

Ok, but there are some things I'd want to say.
Unless you modded the game, China, Egypt, and France in The Sims 3 didn't have weather or seasons. Neighborhoods can be created with Create a World tool (which can be downloaded from The Sims 3 home site, but you must be logged in). I use it from time to time and I enjoy it until the game crashes. And it was so difficult to play rotationally. Every time you want to switch the household, all the wishes and opportunities will be lost. While story progression can be turned off, unemployed and retired sims will get a job.
The max lot size of 64x64 has become a tradition. Sometimes I want to build something big, but only fill a little part of it and leave most of the lot empty.

I'd like to bring some things from The Sims 2. A tool called Body Shop came with every The Sims 2 game. It allowed the player to make new clothing, hair, make-up, and so on. It gave a little more creative freedom (you can draw what you want on shirts and so on).

The Sims 4 gives more creative freedom in some gameplay aspects. For example, clubs (fully customizable), vampires, and fame. It has the best create a pet ever.

But there is another thing in The Sims 3 I love. You can create memories. Take memory pictures and write texts and set whether it's positive, neutral, or negative. While it is not good when the game makes a memory of every little thing (there's a 300 memory limit you know) (automatic memories can be turned off fortunately), I enjoy looking back from time to time.
The Sims 4 had a memory feature similar to that, but it was removed after Get Together patch. I hope it returns.

You make a lot of decent points. Don't get me wrong, I'm just someone who loves complete creativity, which is why I shared my thoughts.
