When the builder has built the house using cheats is it necessary to use those cheats when using the house?
If the builder has used the 'bb.moveobjects on' cheat (aka MOO), yes, you need to enable that in build mode when placing the house. Once placed, you can disable it. - Phonecallz7 years agoSeasoned Ace> @loubyloulou said:

Can I ask what happens if you don't enable the cheat? I have placed around 10 lots into my game today from the gallery (all from the same creator). Not sure if they use MOO though, and I can't really tell in the house. I've been playing all afternoon with a family that I moved into one of the houses and I haven't had any issues so far. - loubyloulou7 years agoSeasoned Ace

For example, things may move, making the house unroutable in certain places. - thank you for letting me know. so it sounds like I only have to use the cheats when placing the house and don't have to use them after the house is placed.. I have wondered about this for a long time and never got around to asking.. thank you again. :)
for one of her builds she used these
bb.moveobjects on
bb.showhiddenobjects
bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement
for another one these
bb.moveobjects on
bb.showhiddenobjects
bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement
bb.enablefreebuild - loubyloulou7 years agoSeasoned Ace

I *think* you only have to enable the MOO cheat when placing the build, not the other ones. But somebody else might know more than me. - LolaLuvsSims7 years agoSeasoned AceI'm pretty sure you just need to enable MOO
- @loubyloulou and @ikiamyetta thank you both..I wasn't looking forward to having to use all those cheats just to place one house.

It's really very simple and quick to enable 'bb.moveobjects on' while you download the build and then disable it - the work of moments :) - crystalkaw747 years agoNew SpectatorActually not all builds built with MOO need to have MOO on.
I use MOO while building but always test my lots to see that everything stays in place if MOO is disabled.
