Abandoned Food In The Dorm? [Discover University]

So pretty much every in-game day one of the other sims living in the briny tower at Foxbury brings a big plate of food. There are no kitchens or fridges anywhere on campus so I don't know where it cam...

This is really bothering me as well room mates showing up with food, where are they cooking it??? why can't I cook anywhere??? as for the mess I hired a maid for my dorm lol, he's a great help!
