Alien Issues 👽

I have noticed that alien babies via woohoo, even sometimes if its between two alien parents will appear normal at birth even though you get the message an alien was born. They would still get the special crib but be a normal looking baby until they age up and wear the special alien nappy as a toddler. Only alien babies via abduction seems to have their alien skin and pointy ears as babies.

I haven't noticed, but haven't really checked either as I rarely play the townies and checking them would require them to have a house too. My own sims seem fine. Just wondering if it could be a mod issue or perhaps something with the skin tone patch..?

Do you use MCCC and the function "Force disguise" when aliens spawn in the world?

I found this started happening to me when I used that setting.

I haven't played aliens directly (unless you consider Spock of Star Trek fame an alien). Nor has any Sim of mine been abducted and impregnated as a result. so I haven't noticed anything unusual, as a result.

I turned the force disguise option off on mccc, but it didnt help.. maybe itll only help on a new save?

It won't fix on sims that initially spawned while it was on, but it does prevent it happening on newly spawned aliens.

Maybe use MCCCs transfer appearance tools to copy over features from another alien to their alien form, and customise from there?
