I wouldn't mind her being around as a perpetual teenager if she actually had a reason to be immortal.
I suppose one could give her bizarre fruit and simply assume she frequently visits the mother plant to request youth.
When I look at her sim info, she has this exact trait:
trait_SpecialNPCs_BabyArielThey coded a specific trait just for her. This trait disables aging and death at all times, at all circumstances. So wishing well won't work either.
When I removed the trait via testingcheats, (
traits.remove_trait trait_SpecialNPCs_BabyAriel)
she finally became a normal mortal sim. Problem solved.
