Bathe Dogs
How do you bathe a dog without a tub? My sim only has a shower and her dog needs a bath. I have all the packs if that helps. I really don't want to buy a bath/shower combo as I don't have the room for it.

if your sim has the handiness skill, they can eventually craft a wooden tub on the workbench
i tend to cheat in one of the two handiness tubs (there's a poor quality and a good quality version, same as all the other furniture you can craft with it) onto certain community lots for sims to be able to take care of both their pets and dirty strays they may see while out and about
I wish you could bathe them in the ocean or pond. That would be nice.
