Best way to create NPC clubs

I usually just start playing with the sim I want to make the club, have them make the club and select the members, clothes, rules and venue, and then I exit out of their household. Then, I go into My Library and make that household inactive. I did this recently with a Snobby Rich Club that everyone wants to be a part of. You should be able to see the club members autonomously congregating in the venue you selected. However, once all the members die, the game won't refill them. You would have to use MCCC to have the clubs automatically refill, as there is a specific option for this.
