That pampas grass so prominently displayed in SimGuruNinja's pictures, is it a hint of anything to come to the game? Maybe it's a reference to the bonding with nature pack? African safari or Australian bush maybe?
Hmm it looks more like the grass was in the corner of a room they build and then expanded for the screenshot?- I was looking at the grass picture and discovered that farmers don’t even use that grass? It’s mostly for decoration but it does look pretty.
But I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to post a picture without clicking a link? I was looking at the stylist game pack to see if I could find any clues for the up coming expansion and I saw a decoration of what looked like a bull. I don’t know if this is a new object or something that I missed that is already in the game.. "SheriSim57;c-17890355" wrote:

You're right! He's showing off that plant. It looks like farming...
Yes! It looks like wheat!
It does look like wheat but didn’t someone say it was pampas grass?- kathmhughesNew SpectatorI really think it's fairytales.
The Gingerbread man and candy house from Hansel & Gretel is another swatch for the children's tent. And one decor option is now "storybook"
Bond with nature in this charming EP is about fairytales, nursery rhymes, and storybooks. - I would LOVE supernatural/fairytale EP with fairies (and possibly werewolves)! I think it could be nicely combined with country life/farming, as was mentioned many times. But I am afraid that there is no chance we'll get an EP with any magic this year, since we had the Paranormal Stuff Pack in January... If I had to take a guess, I think the next EP will be centered around farming only, no new life forms. Do we know when the features+title of the new EP are gonna be announced?
- MVWdeZTRising HotshotI think it's going to mean werewolves ("bond" + the bathroom with the moon in the DHD trailer, which belonged to a possible werewolf) and fairies ("charming" + the storybook decor style revealed in Tuesday's livestream). Sigh. I wasn't a fan of either werewolves or fairies in TS3, but I probably will get the EP just for the new world.

No. According to the Summer roadmap it should come before the end of July, and they usually like to announce EPs four weeks before they release. So any time before the end of June? Unless they delay it.
I really hope it will come at the beginning of july or middle july so we can get the trailer at the middle of june but the trailer is definitely in june or beginning of july you're right - DaWaterRatNew Vanguard

I feel like I've looked at the phrase 'bond with nature' so much it's lost all meaning.
Apologies if this has already been suggested, but could 'charming', and a Bond with nature, be pointing us to sir Roger Moore?
Haven't seen that one. 007 (in any incarnation - Connery, Lazenby, Moore, Dalton, Brosnan, Craig, or even Niven and Allen) is something I wouldn't associate with Nature, unless it's human nature (and occasionally very bad examples thereof.) - catloverplayerSeasoned Ace

Bonding with nature to me means hiking, camping, being out in the woods. I'd love an isolated cabin in a forest with lots of wildlife around.
It can also mean a mountain world like Hidden Springs in TS3 was. - JomilejNew Scout

Out of interest, where did fandom get the idea that a farming pack was coming? I assume the expectation was around *before* the phrase 'bond with nature' was used, as it's a bit of a reach.(I have relatives who farm, and what they do is manhandling, rather than bonding - and in a way far removed from nature).
I do like the vague concept of a farming pack - but I can't imagine how it'd fit in with The Sims, which already has a profitable kitchen-garden aspect, and which has a scale more fitted to a petting zoo than any real farm. At best, I can see a farming as an off-screen career.
Grant rodrieck made a poll once about a potential farming pack...but it was long ago and since then simmers have been speculating about a farming pack! everytime it goes a little bit "nature" or "off the grid" they immediately go "FARMING!!!"..;even if farming is kinda far from bonding with nature.
