Botanist/Florist careers?

Anyone tried these yet? I have a sim child ready to age up and I'd love for her to be a botanist, but wanted to see what traits would help her in the career. Are these rabbit hole careers or more like the City Living type where you can work at home?

Questioning how legit this gardening job is now for my sim. Who's the sadist that gave that assignment? The Grim Reaper? D:
  • Oh my! HOpe your friend's sim survived that encounter.

OK, "the eaten by a cowplant" is not making the botanist career look promising for my sims.

don't worry; they have to get eaten twice in a short period of time in order to die from that. your sims will be okay, think of it as them risking life and limb for science!

My sim is level 8 in the Botanist branch and hasn't seen that one come up yet - I'll be waiting for it now!
