As of right now, imagine just getting in your car on, I do not know, Sulani and driving across the ocean. It would kill any realism that people want. It would fit well with university and such, but I doubt we will see that happen.
I would assume something like my Sims took a ferry travelling with their car its much more reasonable then poofing across the ocean and getting across the world on foot.
