Building charisma...yawn

I’d say using the mirror is the fastest way.

The fastest and least boring way that I know of is getting the Great Kisser trait and kissing someone a bunch of times

Of course, that requires having enough satisfaction points to get the trait. But satisfaction points aren't that hard to get.

Ooh, that one didn't occur to me.

If you have Get Famous, recording videos on the Video Station actually builds charisma pretty quick. It’s the method I’ve been using because you get fame and money at the same time. ;)

I got in the habit of having my sims compliment others everyday as part of their social interaction, there are a number of interactions that boost charisma of course. So if they are living together/family or just meeting someone or with a friend it's just part of their chatting routine. They might be mean right after or whatever else they do but .. that part is standard for me. I very, very rarely have them use the mirror, basically only if they need a point(s) for a job asap.

I tend to just have my sims do tons of friendly interactions, complements, brighten day, deep convos, apologize if ANY social doesn't land, chat with a BUNCH of different sims at once and they tend to build Charisma without me even thinking about it. I barely ever use the mirror to skill up Charisma, lol

Also, great kisser and beguiling both work fine ;)

Make a club, get the charisma skill boost, get the confident boost, and building the skill will speed up quite a bit.

Applying the convivial lot trait will probably help as well.

This is not true at all.

The fastest way to build charisma is to perform interactions with other sims when the sim is happy or confident and click the ones with the black glasses. Sims will raise charisma really fast. Just spam them.

When I want to build skills fast I make a club for that skill.
