- EgonVMSeasoned AceNo, they can't. Unlike in The Sims 2, sims' pregnancies still continue even when you're not playing with them. The game would get confused about where to put the baby and it would cause errors after errors (I think).
- This thread caused me to have a dream that a pregnant elder sim died of old age.
- I've never tried in TS4 but I have had pregnant sim die of starvation in the past. Died in the kitchen right in front of the fridge.

What about hunger?
Hello
Some Simmers who have have tested this , have found that pregnant sims are unable to die in this way.- I dont think you can lol
- I don't believe they can. Why? :P
- Sigzy_29New SpectatorI think they die of fire...or are they immune to it?

I spent a couple hours trying to kill one for the story I had in my head. Tried everything up to the point of literally shift clicking and setting her and the entire room on fire. Nothing. q.q
I really dislike putting stuff on an immortal pedestal.
So do I. It certainly takes away from the possibilities to more varied stories with this generation, especially the response of the potential father (were he a willing one.) It makes me wonder if the immortal tag can be lifted through modifications. It's certainly something I'm willing to look into.
If there was a mod to enable death for pregnant Sims, I'd download it right away. Ghosts can appear pregnant with cheats, so I don't see why not.- The grim repper will give them another chance
- I've had my preggo sim starve and swim in a pool for two days and she hasn't died yet, so I'm assuming not
