- aejp24Seasoned NoviceI've tried once a long time ago after get together came out and it was impossible. It was for story telling purposes. Anyways I tried starving her and messing with her emotions but she managed to live despite my attempts.

Omg, please someone try to kill a pregnant sim, I'm so curious now.
Used to be it was easy for a pregnant Sim to die. At least in Sims2. She could either starve to death (which was really an all-systems failure, as in her needs dropped way too quickly), or by taking out the garbage. :open_mouth: Talk about your weirder stories … - Yes, pregnant Sims can die. I tested it and it worked with a mod. From what I know they never die (not even with MC Command Center), since they have a baby in their womb. But if you have the "Extreme Violence" mod of the Studio of Drama they die using a deadly interaction. (NOTE: This mod is very violent I do not recommend sensitive people to use).
- I do not know, but I tested using this mod of the sacrificial (Studio of Drama) and for incredible that incredibly the pregnant Sims died using the death interactions. I did not test without this mod but probably they will not die, because it would be bizarre a yes woman or man die in the game, something heavy for such a game.
- Here's how I killed my pregnant sim. I used some cheats and a mod to do it. Also, your pregnant sim must be controlled by you.
First, testingcheats enabled. And install, UI cheats extension by weerbesu (it's on MTS, but it won't let me link it). It may work without the mod but I can't test it.
So!
1. Get your pregnant sim and wait for them to be in labor.
2a. Right click the labor buff to remove it. Tada, no more baby.
2b. Use cheat Sims.remove_all_buffs (I can't test this)
Extra:
You can then use any of these cheats:
1. sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester1
2. sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester2
3. sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester3
To make a fake pregnant sim. But, it will be able to die! Huzzah!
You can have fake labor
1. sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_InLabor
Technically, this isn't "killing a pregnant sim" directly. It's just working around it. - You just killed a sim with "phantom" pregnancy :). There is no baby involved just the a trait.

I've never tried in TS4 but I have had pregnant sim die of starvation in the past. Died in the kitchen right in front of the fridge.
I used to set up a banquet table (for parties) whenever I had a pregnant Sim in Sims2. I also tried to make sure she was in the green, so I could rejuvenate her using that reward contraption. And I never, EVER, let her take out the trash. LOL I kinda miss that, you know? - LoanetRising ScoutOne time my Sim went into labour while in Granite Falls. He was in labour for four days and didn't drop the sprog until he (Yes) got home.

As stated in the title, can they die? if so what happens to the baby?
Also, if you have a baby and kill off both parents what happens to the baby?!
Good questions. Why don't you carry out some experiments. You know, in the name of science >:)"Mightydan;c-14036677" wrote:

I remember in the sims 2 you could miscarry if you were starving :(
