Can you play with the sims limited pack challenge legacy?

Since we got a pack selection.I decided on a challenge.Basically play the sims,but you have limited packs.Your goal is to have a least have a have three generation legacy  complete.The other goal is to tried to use features that are overlook.

You get choose any packs,but only choose a certain number.You can not switch packs.The ones you pick are permenat for that save file.

Expansion packs 6 (There is so many expansions.So I thought six would be fair.)

Gamepacks 4(There only 12,so I thought four would be challenging)

Stuff packs 4

Kits ( 8) This is the highest number,but kits adds verry little gameplay and there so many.

I will start the challenge for myself for tonight.With pictures of my sims,and what packs I decide.
