Guys, I want to let you guys know something there is two meet and greets, the Celebrity meet and greet is the ones that is automatically randomly generated by the game by other celebrities though are in the lounges with the up and coming lot trait. The other meet and greet is a fan meet and greet, you unlock it at level 2 of fame, this meet and greet is a social event you unlock to sign autographs for your fans, and can be in certain community lots and home lots depending on where you want to host it. I believe that answers the confusion.
