Computer glasses super-buggy: Filed this exact text as bug report. Any ideas here how to help?

This is what happened:
I put on my newly made glasses.
Then I took them off in that highly illogical menu that also lists the robotic arm for no logical reason whatsoever.
Poof, the glasses were now GONE. NOT in my inventory, NOT on my Sim.
I didn't feel like grinding another whole day Sim time just to make a new pair so I used the debug menu and put a pair on a table.
My sim equipped that pair.
Now I cannot take them off. I DO have the option to take them off, but that option lists THREE things: Two pair of glasses (apparently my Sim is also now wearing the pair that disappeared, at the same time! plus the arm, again for no logical reason. Someone fix that!). BUT nothing is clickable and the only option that works is to just close the list.
So I cannot take the glasses off. Ever.
