Curio shop t-shirt made my Sim naked

I bought a t-shirt from the curio shop in Strangerville and when my Sim changed into it, she was naked from the waist up. I thought maybe it didn't load properly, so I went into CAS. In there, she was wearing a bra rather than being naked, but still no t-shirt. So I changed her shirt, then went to the curio shop again and told her to wear the t-shirt again. And once again, she was naked from the waist up. I have a mod that turns off the mosaic blur, so I can't tell if she's supposed to be naked or not. Is this a joke a la The Emperor's New Clothes or is the t-shirt simply missing from CAS?
Is anyone else seeing this if they buy the shirt?

So... I bought a t-shirt from the shop at the Sims Sessions thing and I forgot to buy and wear separately. That also made her naked from the waist up. I then bought another shirt and had her go into one of the tents to change into it and it was fine, but... such an annoying thing.

Interesting! I have bought all the t-shirts that was available at the Sims Session music festival. And never had any problems with any of my sims walking around half dressed while wearing one of those shirts. :/

It's definitely weird. I'm not seeing anyone else in the forums with the issue either.
  • I never had that issue with the curio shop t-shirt from Strangerville. But I did have issue with those festival T's that you buy at the vendor's stall from City Living. It use to be that when ever I made my sims wear one those festival T's with certain bottoms. My sims and NPC sims too would be without pants on at the festival.

The buy and wear interaction doesn't work properly, but it's possible to add the t-shirt in CAS. I do that with the festival t-shirts.

How do you do that? I'd like to see what the shirt is supposed to look like.

Off-topic, but my brother and I have both been thinking of getting the mosaic one. Is it safe to download those? What I mean is, are there any potential viruses or anything?

If you are referring to the Courtyard Oasis Kit pack. Then yes, it is safe to get. And no, there won't be any viruses or any other Malware in them. As long as you buy from an official sites, such as Origin, Amazon, Steam and such.

Courtyard Oasis looks cool, but that's not what I was talking about. I was talking about the mod that removes the censorship mosaics, to make the game a little more "adult".

I got it from Mod the Sims. I've been using their site since Sims 2 and other than occasionally finding something that doesn't work for me, I haven't had any problems. They have rules you have to follow to post. If issues do arise, people will say so in the comments, so I always read through those. It's usually about something not working right though, I've never seen anything about viruses from their site.

I see, mods are iffy. I really can't speak for that mod, but I haven't heard anyone complaining about it having viruses and things of the like in it yet. Most modders are out to just make the game more enjoyable for players through changing the game here and there.
